This is an exception to the assemblage wine philosophy of this winery. It is also our way to show that wines and their character depend mainly on the place where the vines grow, beyond the variety, which expresses its own personality depending where the wines come from.

This is our first wine made with 100% Merlot, one of the most recognized and appreciated grape varieties in the world, beyond its native France.

It is also our tribute to this family property, to this house, a very special place, absolutely unique. It was bought by the Larrainzar family from the monks of the nearby Irache Monastery and has been the home of this family for more than 160 years. It has beautiful gardens, with centenary pines, fountains and ponds surrounded by boxwood and flowers that embellish even more the magic of this house. That is why, in our new wines, we wanted to reflect that special environment on the labels, with the beauty of French-style garden designs.

A very elegant and subtle wine, which brings memories of cherry and violets, along with very clean wood notes. Then these aromas are assembled and you can find some notes of wet soil and litter. In the mouth it also grows, entering with kindness and freshness, flooding the center of mouth with its flavor. Elegant finish and long aftertaste. Friendly and fresh.
