At Pago de Larrainzar each wine making process is checked to the minutest detail. We have 13 modern stainless steel tanks of different sizes in which our grapes ferment and macerate separately, according to the varieties and plots of origin.
In this way we extract the color from the grapes without extinguishing the flavor and aromas that make them unique.
The total capacity of our tanks is 160,000 liters.
